A: Please check the videos we send during the quality control process. We never deliver broken watches and you can notice from the serial numbers of some models as well as pictures or videos of QC that these watches are exactly the same as the ones you received. There are a few possibilities:

You need to give your watch a big shake and then manually wind it to fill up the energy. or

Because we all agree to declare small values to avoid customs problems and fees, sometimes it won’t be considered a high-value package. So, it could have been caused by bouncing or shaking during transportation.

 

 

Q: Then, how to solve the abnormal arrival of the watch?
